Grant Request
The Marvin Lewis Community Fund is proud to support other non-profit organizations and charitable events that correlate with our mission. If your organization or event is seeking funding, please fill out and submit the following grant request as completely as possible. Unfortunately, we are overwhelmed with requests and cannot guarantee funding to every organization that applies. However, we will carefully look at and consider every request submitted.

Autographs
Coach Lewis autograph requests will only be granted to non profit organizations and/or charitable events. Proof of the requesting organizations 501c3 must be submitted along with the autograph request form before approval. However we will accept a donation of $50 for personal requests. The check, cash or credit card must be submitted before the item will be signed.
Items can ONLY be dropped off on Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday between 9 am and 2 pm. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We only accept autograph requests for Coach Lewis - we do not have an affiliate with
any players, therefore, we recommend contacting the Bengals. We will not accept requests made in May, June, or July. All request must be made via the downloadable form available below.
