2008 Coach of the Year Recipient

2007 Coach of the Year

Kevin Siple
Head Football Coach
Indian Hill High School

In his 15 years at Indian Hill High School, Coach Siple has made the Braves’ program a state powerhouse. Under Coach Siple, Indian Hill has made eight OHSAA playoff appearances, earned five league championships, and had two back-to-back undefeated seasons, earning Coach of the Year honors for the Cincinnati Hills League in 2006 and 2007.

In addition to their accomplishments on the field, Braves’ players are involved in community service projects, ranging from tutoring underprivileged children to volunteering their time coaching youth teams or working at athletic events. In Coach Siple’s nomination form, Indian Hill Athletic Director Jill Bruder says, “Hard work, character, commitment, trust—our players truly admire and respect each other and value the relationships they have with the coaching staff.” She continues, “Coach Siple has dedicated 15 years to the Indian Hill community—football is only one part of that commitment. Our students not only benefit from the lessons of life shared on the football field, they are learning to be good friends and to trust the men that share the season with them. Coach Siple and his staff are men of great character, and our football team strives daily to meet that example.”

For his passion and dedication in making his players better men and students, Coach Kevin Siple is the 2007 recipient of the Marvin Lewis Coach of the Year Award.
